"Called before 9 a.m. to schedule an appointment for my son. I was told they didn't take BlueCross HMO so I told them I would do private pay. I was given an amount of $375 to pay and I agreed. I was willing to pay up front before heading out to our appointment. Appointment was scheduled at 4pm. I was asked to take school insurance too. Big story short office calls me at 2:50 p.m. to tell me they can't see him and wanted to refer my son to a different doctor. I asked the lady why it took her this long to call me because I would have just looked for another orthoepic to see my son. She responded she needed upper management approval and they decided not to see him due to HMO insurance. I learned and I know never to call this place."
