"I don't understand the previous negative reviews. Gretchen is a thorough professional and I got a lot of help from them strengthening my shoulder. They watched me like a hawk to ensure that I used the correct form in my exercises so as to get maximum benefit. They never pushed me harder than I felt like going and NEVER suggested that I work thru the pain. I'm about to go back to them. I'm a LBK amputee and I just got a new prosthesis. My doctor prescribed PT to increase core muscle strength. I'm going back to see them. I'm confident they can help."
"My wife just came home crying from her last appointment here because the owner/manager (Gretchen?) was making fun of how she was doing the exercises and when she looked up the she quickly started dancing to play it off and said "it's the memorial day dance". After 11 sessions of being left to students and getting less than the full hour that we were paying for you make fun of patients. If something was being done incorrectly don't you think you should correct the action instead of mock them. I have head horror stories form the beginning about the lack of professionalism here such as cancelling our appointments after they are made, scheduling with a therapist and getting there to see that you have a student, gossiping about other patients after they leave, and focusing more on their cell phones than the paying patients. Do not reccommend."
