"Cooray doesn’t pay attention to what ur saying at all just what he wants to hear. He gave me some rash cream for my eczema that didn’t work and I told him what cream I needed and told me they are the same but when u simply google it, it is definitely two different medications for different things clearly one for rashes and one for treating eczema."

"Very friendly, nice and clean. Check in and out was smooth. I just wondered why we are asked to do our own COVID testing at home or other location? I didn't have COVID but did spend $23.00 more to buy home test, aside from my $30.00 copay. I could have gone to urgent care and gotten all three tests (strep, COVID, flu) for $35.00. I would of liked to know this office doesn't offer this service. I was glad I got an appointment same day I called, that has not always been the case."

"I filled out pre-registration online and paid my copay before arriving. When I arrived I was advised my payment was accepted, but I still had to go through registration (again) because the pre-registration didn't save. Practitioner was supposed to send 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy, but only sent 2. I tried calling the office, but since it was a late afternoon appointment on a Friday they were closed for the weekend by the time I called, and I couldn't get through on their afterhours line. Over the weekend I ended up at the ER because I needed that 3rd prescription. Not the best experience. Personnel, including practitioner, were nice and facility was nice."

"As an update, we are now dealing with a horrible billing issue. Dr. Cooray billed us for things we did not discuss and the billing staff with Ascension has no clue how to help resolve the issue. They also billed us incorrectly for lab services. I tried calling the number listed below as a response to my review and was unable to get in contact with anyone. Please DO NOT visit this clinic. Staff was helpful and nice but Dr. Cooray was lacking a lot. He made assumptions about myself and my husband without asking about our medical history or lifestyle. His answer to every question was “just count your calories and lose weight.” I was the one that had to suggest a referral to a specialist for my specific medical needs. If you do not have any medical concerns and just need a wellness visit, I think Dr. Cooray would be a great fit."

"Everyone is reasonably nice here, but the experience was bad. While I respect that the doctor's decision to wear a mask throughout the appointment, I couldn't understand or hear most of the conversation. The little bit that I could hear, the doctor would ask me a question and then immediately talk over me, not allowing me to answer. They didn't even contact me to give me the result of my lab work. It took multiple phone calls to get any answers. Follow up phone call from the doctor was the same...ask a question and immediately interrupt to talk over the patient. Frankly, doctors that do this have no business being doctors. **UPDATE** The extension provided in the reply is invalid, and the people that answer won't help or provide any info."
