PetSmart Grooming

"This is the closest pet store available to me, and it is STILL 30 min away. I tried to call 2 times (40 min apart) to ask if they had feeders for my pets, before driving the distance. There was no answer either time, so I just had to make the drive to find out that they did NOT have any food for my pets. I learned that they only had 2 employees for at least the 1st hour of being open. This is not the 1st or even the 2nd time that I've gone through this same experience, and all I have to say to it is.... if you can't afford to provide the customer service that your company is functioning for, then it probably doesn't make any sense that you're even in business! For years, you've had issues with running your store.... how are you still open?"

"A little confusion from placing an “over the phone” grooming appointment. Fortunately groomer “Shea” was very cooperative and solved the problem. The order by app is helpful but suggest remove the manual CC entry and add the ApplePay function."

"Very disappointed with the service received from PetSmart. After waiting for almost a month to get my Rigby is for a grooming appointment i was turned down on the day of his appointment at the Round Rock store and was rescheduled for an “Express Service” at the Georgetown store. When booking I was told that the fee will be around $45. After picking my pet from the groomer and got into the car i realized that his paws were not touched, his head was not touched and his underbelly was not touched. Additionally, the fees were $73. Now I have to attempt to fix what was not done myself for the comfort of my dog or take him to another groomer and put him under stress again"

"We used to get all three dogs groomed here multiple times a year. When Savannah worked there we absolutely loved it. The last couple times have been horrible. Our dogs had barely any matting but the groomer said she was going to have to shave one of our dogs tails. I get there and both dogs tails are completely shaved but she charged us extra for 30 minutes of brushing matting out. The rest of their cut was worse than what we can do at home. Top notch was butchered, feet had strings of hair uncut as if she forgot to finish. Under tail was not shaved. Cheek hair uneven. They looked better when they came in! Our dogs were not matted! Just awful. So disappointed they charged us 100 each for a mess!"
