"I have been seeing Ariel a few times now and the exercises she’s given be can kind of help, but I just help fee like I’m talking to a robot that has zero empathy when I share vulnerability. Granted she says “thank you for being vulnerable” but at the same I don’t feel cared for in my most vulnerable state. I messaged her to see if we could do half the succession since I’ll be late and she responds with “the protocol of 15 -20 mins late unfortunately result is no session and you full balance due” I wasn’t asking for a full succession or a price reduction just that I could use the little bit of time I had for spending the money I was. In past therapy experiences they made exceptions for unfortunate circumstances like I was asking and were happy to help me. This was just extremely not a personal experience especially when I’m here going through a rough time."
