"Communication to book an appointment is almost non existent. I filled out the forms, sent emails, and even left an urgent message, but no one called me back or responded to my emails to set up an actual appointment. Our first contact was 1/1, when I gave insurance info, and I gave the availability asked for on 1/3 (following a 1/3 email asking for availability) - then, I left an urgent messages on 1/5, and I still did not get a response for setting up an appointment date by the evening of 1/9. Thus, I posted this google review. I did find help elsewhere, as they responded immediately and did not leave me hanging."
"Tori is a wonderful listener. She provides deep insight although while allowing you to recognize your truth. Tori's has a non bias approach that allows for one to not only open up but then she provides one with tools to understand the cause of their root issues. She is also, gentle when she needs to be and firm when it's time to be. I highly recommend her for couples counseling."
"I probably would not still be married if it weren’t for Tori. My husband who despises going to counseling even took a liking to her. She was unbiased, calm, but no nonsense and very clear with her directions and expectations. I feel 100% safe with Tori and I encourage anyone having marital issues, or even their own existential crisis to see her! She is very responsive to my emails and texts, she can usually get me in the same week! I’ve had an A+ experience with Tori and I’m so thankful for her!"
