"This place is absolutely horrendous. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. I've spent 2 hours of my life on hold trying to get through to make an appointment and they never pick up. It would be a two minute conversation. Extremely annoying and frustrating. Their chat feature also never puts anyone through, continues repeating that "all care navigators are helping other patients", just like the phone. When my Dr sent my order over, they immediately scheduled me an appointment at a time I work, without ever speaking or confirming with me. Now I cannot reschedule at the correct time because there's no way to get ahold of them. Do they have zero ability to coordinate appointments? This is the worst and most disorganized appointment making experience of my life in health care and that's saying a lot. Their management needs to seriously improve."

"I've had some trouble actually getting scheduled here but I was so impressed with their open MRI and the wonderful tech who ran it ( I unfortunately didn't get her name). I have severe anxiety in typical MRI. This is an open MRI experience with added features to make you feel safe and comfortable. I typically have to drug myself with prescribed Ativan and I didntsle one for my appointment but if I have to do another I would absolutely do it without any sedation."

"My doctor sent the orders in 3/16. The imaging center called me a day before the imaging appointment stating they could not initiate the authorization for the insurance, the doctors office has to do it. The insurance needed diagnostic codes and procedure information…all of which the doctor can not provide due to the imaging center rendering the services, therefore they are the ones who needed to do it. I rescheduled my appointment a week later in hopes that the authorization would be complete by then. I then received a call the day before my appointment AGAIN from Ascension Imaging stating That they were unable to reach out for authorization and the doctors office has to do it. I spoke with my doctors office throughout the week and it was Ascension Imaging being very reluctant to cooperate, I then had the orders sent elsewhere. I had to play the middle man and call back and forth repeatedly to get any progress done, at one point the employee named Joe stated “I guess I’ll call the office again and get yelled at by their nurses, I’ll give you a call once I’m done” As someone in the medical field, do not guilt trip me into doing your job. I am beyond livid with the way Ascension Imaging has handled this. I am still in pain, requiring an MRI and at this point I don’t care if ascension if preferred. It’s worth your time and money to just send the orders elsewhere."
