"I was pleased with the groomer she did a great job very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the additional $7.00 charge for flea shampoo. I understand that I authorized the use if needed but we are talking about a 4lb Yorkie you couldn't have used more than 1/4 oz of shampoo on such a small dog and to charge me $7.00 is a bit ridiculous I would have understood if it were a 50Lb+ dog. I guess next time I will make sure that my dog has a bath prior to going in and getting another bath with her trim."
"I have been bringing my Maltese there for 10 years! she gets the same Spa treatment (whitening bath, teddy bear face and tail) low cut everywhere else. I had my son drop her off and he was asked if we wanted her cut low he stated yes. They shaved Lacy's ENTIRE body including face and tail! she looks horrible. the stylist told me there was nothing in the system that states what she typically recieved and I know this to be false! she did not take ownership of this horrible cut. I then called the store for a manager and was left on hold for over 30 minutes!!! poor poor poor customer service"
"Cathy & Sabrina are the BEST!! My Lola loves coming to them for her grooming and getting her nails painted! However this time during her check-in, when they were doing the usual check Sabrina and Cathy were talking and one reminded the other to do the standard check and she felt a nodule on my Lola. I had totally missed it! I took Lola to the vet right after her grooming. If it weren't for them I still may not have felt the nodule on my sweet girl!"
