"I finally stopped in one Saturday as I am getting back into the hobby of fish. I will admit I was very disappointed in the inventory. However, I did inquire as to their shipments and found that they are in the process of still growing their inventory. Casey spent a great deal of time with me - answering my questions, providing info on the different species of fish and plants. I actually had a great time chatting with her and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I do plan to go back and purchase some fish once I get my tank going and will continue to check in with them as they hopefully add more inventory to their new location."

"ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP! I will no longer be going anywhere else. Excellent customer service, Emily is so kind and very helpful. You can definitely tell she's passionate about her job. I came in so excited to get freshwater snails after loosing my snail last December. After being heart broken and waiting so long I was very hesitant in homing a new snail, but Emily brought back all the joy and passion for me. This shop will be the ONLY place I will go from now on. Thank you Emily for helping me with Larry, Marry and Jerry. Gary will be missed but now he can live on through them."
"Amazing customer service! I went here because my dad recommended it. But because of KC, we will be coming back for all of our future needs. KC went above and beyond to help us when we stopped by earlier this week to start our new 75-gallon saltwater tank. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. KC was really patient with my kids and answered all of our questions. She and a nice young man helped my husband load 11 jugs of saltwater into our van in the 105° weather. The store was well stocked, and everything seemed reasonably priced. They have an area for you to lay out the rocks to what will work for what you are going for, which is really helpful. Definitely will continue to shop here."
