"If I could give 0 I would terrible experience my puppy was 2 months when I called to make an appointment she ask if she had the rabies shot and I said no and she ask if she had her vaccines records and I said yes when we got there for our appointment she said she couldn’t take her because she needed her upcoming vaccines we ask her is that alll she said yes so we waited 2 weeks to get her vaccines that she needed and we went today and she said she needs her next upcoming shots terrible costumer service never coming to this location again she made us go jus for her to tell us that she could’ve said at the beginning that she needs all her sets of vaccinations"
"This location is TERRIBLE! They never greet you or anything. The lady just stared at her computer and ignored me for over five minutes and then finally looked up and said “oh are you ready?” Slow and poor customer service. Avoid this location. The woodlands location is great, this place is awful."
