"Missed two of my son’s appointments and had us just waiting for no reason at all. Then called at 2:16p and asked was he going to be available for the third appt at 2:00pm as if they weren’t 16 mins late. No apologies no explanation until questioned. Severely unprofessional and not interested in the health or well being of the patients. Update: had to physically go take medical records in order for my son to receive medication after calling over 20 times and being hung up on and out on hold. I’m in a wheelchair and there is no wheelchair ramp #1. Only to be told I would have to wait for another appointment for the medication to be prescribed days after his appointment where she requested the documentation. They don’t have an appointment available until 2024. This is disregarding the mental and physical health of a child and no regard was taken. No regard for patients at alll. Will be finding a new provider."

"I actually give -0 stars here!! My son was suppose to be a new patient here! I called right before my sons appointment and the lady told me he can come in and be seen in person or it can be virtual. I came in so it more comfortable for my son's first appointment. They tell me it's only virtual! WTH??! I just wasted 20 mins of gas to get here!! These people need to get it together!!!!!"

"I had been going to this group since maybe around June or July of 2023. I had been seeing them virtually since the summer. I was advised by my employer to file for intermittent FMLA. so I decided to make an in person appointment due to the fact that 1.) I needed to at least have 4 or more visits before they would fill out my FMLA paperwork and 2.) because the NP that I was seeing I was not feeling like maybe we were not connecting. SO I had my most recent appointment today with the NP. I do not know her name at the moment, but I will find out when I file my complaint with the state. So as I was saying, I didn't feel very connected with this NP on the virtual appointments. SHe never looked at me, she cut me off when talking to her, she never asked me ANYTHING about me, and I have never seen or been around a medical professional with such horrible bedside manner. And that was just the virtual appointment. I went in today for an appointment. i walked in with a good attitude a great outlook, just a good mood in general for a Monday. As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by a nice young lady. I don't know your name but you were great. i will come back to her. As soon as I waled in the NP office I got the same coldness I got from the virtual visits. Now from what I understand, I was told over the phone that I needed to be seen at least 3 or 4 times before my paperwork could be completed. I wasnt told that I needed to come in person. I just went in person because i did not feel like the NP was connecting with me. But what it is is she is the nastiest health "professional" I have ever seen in my life. She made me feel like I was not important. She made me feel like a statistic, she is rude, she does not listen to me as a patient. She does not have ANY bed side manner AT ALL. She told me that she can not give me FMLA as if I work for her. She is not even the actual doctor on my prescriptions. The name on my prescriptions [ppppppppppppppppppppppppp0-"

"I am fiercely upset with this office I have waited a month for them to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. The first 2 weeks I called, they said. Oh, yes, we'll send that in right away. When it got to the third week, they started saying that they won't send in medication. Unless I have a follow appointment and when I started questioning why I need a follow-up appointment because they never sent the medication in the first place. They just started hanging up on me. Do not go here a waste of time and money. The number they gave me to call below is the standard number that keeps hanging up on me don't be fooled they don't care about resolving any issues and they certainly don't care about me as a patient"
