"Impossible to get them to answer the phone! Put in a complaint online because I'm not receiving mail at our Box and it DID NOT get resolved. Instead they sent me an email when I put that I would prefer a call. The email stated that I can, "view mail" in my box but I'm not sure how that is possible considering I'm not even receiving my mail in the first place. Clearly they would rather not deal with people because that would mean they would have to work. The people who work here are lazy and don't care about their jobs. The Whitharral location won't even put your mail in the box if they've never seen your name get mail delivered to that particular address, which is beyond weird and extremely personal. I wish I could give negative stars because this location and the Whitharral location are the core of true disappointment."
