"Nicole at Cradled Pups is amazing. I’ve been using her for about 3 years. She’s groomed my two Maltese’s. Not only does Nicole do an amazing job, she is extremely kind and gentle with my pups. My vet even asked where I get my Maltese groomed, she said her facial grooming is the best she’s seen. I trust her 100% with my pups."

"Love the groomer Nicole and the fact that she comes to my side of town is Great! She did such a good job with my fur baby & handled him with care. I even got my neighbor on board to using her as well. Her time to come is very limited but we'll worth it when she does show up."

"So, I never was able to use their services. I did the paperwork online for a new client and submitted it for review and to get an appointment for my dog. I received no correspondence after the 24-48 hour window they claimed on their website. I gave them a week and still no response. So I called the number and left a message several days ago…still no response. At this point even if they call back I wouldn’t do business with them. There are plenty of people out there to provide the services I needed for my dog. I tried to give them a chance esp because it’s a BOB…I’ll look elsewhere…actually I already have."

"Well, I’ve never used them for their services. However, after a brief phone call with one of their employees and watching their drivers on the road this morning- I can assure you I’ll never use them or recommend them. During my morning commute I watched as their driver cut off multiple cars and was driving like a crazy person, so I called the phone number that is plastered on the side of the van. I called hoping I could speak with someone professional and would show concern and then would hopefully address the issue. This was not the case. The woman wanted to know what vehicle I was driving to see my car on their camera so she could determine which driver was “driving crazy”. I explained where the driver was and obviously she knows the time of day, but nevertheless I told her I was driving an SUV. But then I was told that wasn’t enough and that there was nothing she could do. She even started to get an attitude because I explained to her my car would not be on their cameras because I watched their driver cut other people off(not me). Lack of professionalism should not be tolerated when it comes to any business. Do better Cradled Pups."
