"My family found itself in a difficult situation and after doing a little research, I decided to call the Family & Youth Institute to set an appointment. I called on a Thursday. The receptionist took down all my information (including insurance info) and let me know that a counselor would contact me shortly. On Tuesday of the following week, I had not heard from anyone so I called back. Once again, I was told a counselor had been given my information and would call in the next few days. That was a week ago, and still no call. Very unprofessional given the sensitivity of the situation."
