"I was coming to write a review of my experience today the service was pretty quick and the manager said the labor would be a half hour looking at my bill he charged me 1.5 hours and that's not what he quoted me it was only to replace a windshield wiper arm and two Hood bushings or latches whatever you would call it when the guy got back with the part to remove and replace took him 25 minutes but looking at the bill you charged me one and a half hours. It's my fault that I didn't look at my whole bill before I left that's not good business there"

"Had to leave a review out of love, came in to get my coolant system checked, first mechanic assessed the problem failed to alleviate the situation, I believe it was because he was leaving so he wanted no parts of fixing the problem second mechanic was super lazy and didn’t even bother to do his job. shop manager Alex aka “The G.o.a.t” to the rescue he literally spent ten mins and got me up and running and that’s literally all it took my hats off to you sir there’s not many real mechanics around but you sir are the last of a breed and I wish they made more like you please promote this man and tip him when you see him he’ll make sure your situations corrected and have you back on the road quick fast and in a hurry"

"Trucks parked in front of us all the way down the lot blocking in about fifteen trucks. This is unsafe and a Hazzard . It's time to inform the authority of this. They even do this in the daytime hours. This place is dangerous to try and maneuver around in. I got photos of today, hopefully I can figure out how to upload them.. friendly people but service is not good. Arby's food all squished and icky. Bathroom okay"

"This truckstop is ALWAYS a mess. No control of the parking lot, as smaller vehicles, dropped trailers and cars in spaces meant for big rigs limit the minimum parking they have as it is. Someone needs to take charge and tow illegally parked vehicles! Do this a couple of times and the inconsiderate people will get the message! They really need to expand this parking lot. Houston is the 4th largest city in the country and this lot cannot accommodate the amount of truckers heading west. This facility and Flying J on Waller Avenue are the ONLY 2 truckstops just West of Houston. I am no longer a dedicated Love's customer and was forced to use Flying J. Many times truckers are forced to park on the freeway off ramps by this Love's truck stop because of the overcrowding. My company does not allow us to park our rigs this way. Yesterday, I went to remotely check in for a shower and I wound up walking in on someone! It was a man, but could very well have been a woman! Very bad security. Lots of employees running around store, but nothing getting done. It is obvious the management of this store couldn't care less. Too many washers/drivers are out of order."
