"Family member bought about $200 in fish, first time visit. The guy seemed nice and helpful. Fast forward several days, one of the fish we purchased died. It ended up they sold us a fish that was pregnant and was unable to birth for some reason. The guy said he can't tell if those fish are pregnant. End result, it must of been our water that killed it even though everything else is thriving, no in-store credit, no refund, he just blamed our water and offered to test it for free. A rather disappointing experience and will be the last time we do business with them. A fine example of how to lose customers."
