"Took my Akita there for grooming. Got him back with patches in his fur. They did a hack job and made excuses for why they did. I should've listened to my conscious when I walked in there to drop my boy off and not a single hello or how are you from the grooming dept. Not to mention not a single smile on any of the employee's faces. Says a lot about their work conditions and management. If they're not happy to be there then their work will show as it has. Lastly, Nicole, the manager took her sweet time to call about the issue and suggested I bring my dog back there. Blew my mind. Like I would leave my precious pet with them again after that. There was no resolution and very poor customer service. I assumed the lower pricing was due to maybe a good business model not because they offer up subpar work. Nicole.. You really should find another line of work. Management is not for you."
