The staff are approachable but don't overwhelm and all come off as easy going, the store has a great selection of new and used music in various formats, and their prices for buys are fair. They also keep up-to-date on releases and (most importantly for me) have an EXCELLENT new metal section. Loads of subgenres, loads of sick new releases and reissues on hand each time I've stopped by. Would highly recommend!!"
