"Iv been going to Oli’s for years especially for grooming. I have always had a good experience until they decided to subcontract the groomer. She stressed my dog out so bad during his grooming session it caused him to have an accident and then she charged me for it. I feel the additional charge was uncalled for since he had never done that before. I will not be taking my dogs back for grooming. Oli’s pet store itself is great and customer service is good, I don’t recommend the subcontracted groomer."

Our pup is loving his safe and healthy chew treats they recommended. Prices were just as competitive as the big box store but with way better customer service. "My Yorkie has a sensitive stomach and most of the mainstream food available just wouldn't work for her. The trainer at my local PetSmart recommended I check out Oli's pet stuff, and it was great. Staff was happy to help me and knew what they were talking about. My pup loved it, and the organic selection was huge, way better than other places. Picked up some fresh baked goods for my pup and she couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!"
