"Part of the grooming process was to trim the nails, on the back right foot of my puppy it was cut to short. The paw started bleeding in my vehicle, all over my house and my furniture. If someone would have told me about this I would have watched her closer."
"We've had 2 experiences where they sent our pups home with incomplete haircuts. 1day due to taking over 5 hours to complete a session with our girl (white cocker spaniel). We needed to leave out of town and they stated they needed an additional hour when I arrived to take her due to time constraints- so essentially it would have taken 6 hours. & another day where they stated that our dog had multiple bowel movements (brown cocker spaniel- he had half his back shaved). During this day I asked to speak with his stylist, in which they replied she left for the day due to feeling sick herself. Both times, I was not given the option to come back to finish- only for our girl did I call to inquire about coming in to complete her head when we got home from going out of town since I paid for the haircut (I still paid full price for the service since the stylist said she had the intention to finish- and so I basically cut the session short). Unfortunately we've had back to back sessions that disappointed us."
