"Absolutely upset. We took my puppy to get groomed and they pushed him to his limits. The collar was on way to tight on him and he fainted and they took him to the hospital next door. I rushed as soon as they called me. The vet told me that it was a combination of the collar being out on too tight and overstimulation. however, when the grooming lady came and talked to me, she didn’t even mention anything about the collar being on too tight or didn’t even apologize. All she said was that he was overstimulated because it was a busy weekend. The Vet was super nice and explained to me that they did push him over his limits and the collar was tight. They had to give him oxygen and make sure his temperature was low because it had risen to an extreme high temperature, where it could have been fatal. Overall, the worse experience ever."
"Bought some betas for my little ones, I felt like a kid in a candy store walking in there. I wanted to go down every aisle just to look at everything they had. And look at the beautiful pets that were there waiting to be adopted."
