"If you have serious mental health issues DO NOT go here!! The provider doesn't know what she is doing and has no business practicing mental health medicine! The Nurse Practitioner, she is not a Dr, at Leanonme changed two medications I have been on for several years at the same time because I said I was lacking motivation. She choose the new meds based on a saliva test. Well having a serious mental illness, I completely crashed and was unable to function for two weeks. I missed two weeks of work and income and am lucky I didn't lose my job! When I called Leanonme and asked for my previous medications to be called in, I was told I couldn't get refills to the meds I had taken for years without an appointment, and the next appointment wasn't for weeks. So what am I supposed to do until then? Just continue to miss work and get sicker until I end up hospitalized? They do not care. I also figured out that the front desk DOES NOT listen to the messages clients leave. They just call back the number on file and ask if you want to make an appointment. I left 3 detailed messages, because they rarely answer the phone, and when I got calls back it was clear the lady at the front desk hadn't listened to them because she had no idea what I was talking about. I was able to get an appointment with a real psychiatrist next day. She was horrified at the sudden and abrupt changes that had been made to my meds. She said no wonder I crashed and she wouldn't have been surprised if I ended up hospitalized. My new Dr said two of the medications I was on from the NP even contracted each other! I now pay way more to see a real DR, and couldn't be happier with my decision. My life literally depends on proper care of my mental disorder. I could not be more disappointed or angry at my experiences with at Leanonme."
