"Dr. Vaughn delivered my second child and I do like him. However, I do not like the office. No one answers the phone and you have to leave a message. I recently had a positive pregnancy test and called the office to set up my first appointment. I work and go to school full time and I have two small children. I need to schedule appointments well in advance so I can scheduled other things accordingly. When I received a call back I was told that I could not be seen until 11-12 weeks. I asked if I could schedule the first appointment and was told no, I had to wait until the 11-12 weeks. Will not deal with this office again."

"I was referred to Dr Vaughan in 2021 by an old colleague of his. Personally I had a good experience during my pregnancy which happened shortly after COVID. I understand that at that time they were really strict with their patients not bringing their spouse or additional guests due to COVID. It is now 2023 and I scheduled my annual Pap test appointment about 1 month ahead of time. Not once was I told we couldn’t bring an extra guest or even the kid that Dr. Vaughan himself delivered. I even received a reminder on this appointment and was still not advised that we couldn’t bring kids. I showed up to my appointment right on time just to see that they have a “no kids” policy on THE DOOR. How was I supposed to know this if nobody told me? I don’t have anyone who can watch my son for me. I explained to the front desk that I do not have a babysitter & I will also not have insurance starting next week due to my husband no longer having the job that I’m currently insured through so it was important to me to have this exam taken care of before I lose my benefits. You would think they’d sympathize with you but no, they just repeatedly said “sorry that’s our policy”. How is it that partners are allowed in now, but we can’t have our kid with us? It’s an OB clinic… most patients have kids! And not everyone has a reliable source of child care. The least they could’ve done was tell me over the phone or through text that my son was not allowed to come with me. Now I can’t come see my preferred OBGYN due to this “policy” because HOW??? It doesn’t make sense."

"This office is awesome all of Dr. Vaughans staff are very efficient and professional. The fact that it is a small business makes it feel more personal. Everyone is professional, nice, and very helpful. I love the fact its an old Victorian styled house doesn't feel like a typical doctor's office."

"This is my second pregnancy using Dr. Vaughan. He is always so caring and gentle and very thorough with my appointments. My pregnancies tend to be high risk towards the end and he always provides the best care and options for anything needed. The staff is always friendly and nice too! I recently had a friend pregnant who I referred to Dr Vaughan and she loved her experience as well! Absolutely recommend him!!!"
