"Prices are decent but they have the worst customer service. They will not answer their phone after certain time in the afternoon or you will be on hold for long long time. If you look for lower rates, go for it. If you want good customer service, which should be the expectation for a customer, forget about it. ZERO ⭐️ for customer service."
"The people here will help you to there benefit, but when they make an error of $330 it is not there fault. They cancelled my insurance and did not notify me until I came to pay for the month and then they said we were cancelled because of an error in the way the forms were filled out. Bobbie the Supervisor is no help and very unprofessional. She claims that they owes us nothing back because of the error and that they were not going to reinstate the insurance because of the error. The young man that helped us was not properly trained and she said it was not there fault. She was of NO help. Maria was very nice and patient and instructed to have her call the cops and have us removed from there office because I told them they were not properly taking care of us. Bobbie said, we should have noticed and realized that it was done incorrect. "Like if I do there job daily" I have been with this company for years and with this type of treatment they lost a loyal customer. I will never recommend any one for Auto Insurance with this company. They lack training and people skills."
