THERAPY 2000

"Bad experience, not trustworthy. The provider provided incorrect information around my pre authorization for my child, inflated the number of visits that were approved. I requested one weekly visit, they recommended more based on what they said was approved. A few months into services they came back with a new authorization amount saying I was only approved for a lesser amount. I was hit with close to $1200 in bills on my credit card without notice. I took this up with insurance but was told the responsibility fell on the provider for misinformation, that they were given the right amount of approved visits and chose to bill for more. Tried resolving it with the provider requesting to be billed for just the copay amounts for their error, and was told nothing they can do regardless of the misinformation it’s my responsibility. We are lied to, given more services than we requested, weren’t given the opportunity to deny services without given the right info, and at the end charged with no notice. Would not recommend this organization at all because they lack integrity in business practices."
