"Dr Spence is great, quick and to the point but understanding and kind. Easy to make an appointment and I didn’t have to wait at all. Only negative is an order was sent to the lab and when I got to the lab they didn’t have it but I sent a message through the portal and that was fixed and I was able to collect the labs today with only a slight delay. This was likely an EMR issue and not the fault of any staff member."
