"Second time dealing with the dog grooming services and not impressed. First time was shocked to find after picking our dog up that I had to stand in the store check out line rather than having a check out in the grooming area. Waited about 15 minutes with my dog in line. Lady's dog in front of me couldn't wait that long and urinated on the floor. Second time had an appointment for grooming and they were very busy. Groomer claimed our dog was matted on her neck too much to groom without shaving. Two miniscule spots she indicated were combed out once I returned home in about 2 minutes.Very poorly managed, won't be back for grooming services!"
