The guys were great - they should have additional back straps or tools to assist with the moving of extremely heavy objects, though. My treadmill was 400 lbs and all they had was a hand cart and themselves! I was worried they would hurt themselves."

"Even though they did agree to bring my treadmill on a day I would be home this delivery service send a young kid to deliver. I live by myself and the kid just left the treadmill at my door. I asked him if he may place it inside and he refused. I was diagnosed with cancer and have been though a couple of surgeries. I’m unable to lift anything heavy, treadmill is too heavy I can’t even drag it. Now I’m left trying to figure out who can come help me bring it inside. I was not asking the kid to set it up for me but to just place it inside and he refused."
