"We are a carrier and I was booking a load with one of their reps, Joy Wells. She claimed the load was paying $700 (I saw it posted for 650) and took my information. Right when we were about to get off the phone she changed the price to $550. I wasn’t sure if she was pranking or not but she was dead serious. I believe they had another carrier on the other line even after we agreed to take the load. Dishonesty will never work in your favor. Please be mindful when booking with this carrier."

"I want to share my experience with this company. IT WAS INSANELY BAD!! Got a cancelation on Friday 2.20 PM in Houston TX and the broker doesn't want to pay TONU for this, saying that our pick up is at 5 PM. It does not change the fact at what time is our pick up. Since the keys are in the starter of the truck and we are rolling, TONU must be paid. Jose didn't show any proffesionalism and just told me "Good bye". DO NOT WORK WITH THEM"

"Jose H. is a very professional person. He is a great person to work with and on top of his game. This is our first time booking a load with SNL. We got to shipper, they tried to say that there was no order for our pick-up. Driver called Jose H, and in about 5 mins shipper was loading us. Owner of shipping company came to driver and apologized for mix up. Jose H, called driver and assured him that everything was OK. We got loaded, made deliveries and we can't wait to book with SNL again."

"They put one of the carriers I work for in their do not use list unfairly. They gave us a load that required tarps, driver went to the shipper to find out this load was impossible to tarp, we talked to the broker and he got upset, there was our truck and anohter company's truck and both had to leave. That was not our fault, this shippment needed to be covered in any other way but truckers tarps. Regardless, we wouldnt load for them any more this compay is a headache to work for."
