"We were behind one of their trucks and the mud flap was not correctly hanging which allowed the truck to throw a rock into my windshield. I immediately called the company and was assured that someone would reach out to me. Here it is a month later and 5 calls later finally was told that that I can't prove it was their truck that broke it. Said they have cameras on all trucks. Well apparently that doesn't cover the trailer part of the rig. Now I have a windshield that is Crack 2/3 of the way across which causes a vision issue. I asked them if I could speak to the person that covers their claims for such incidents and she said there is no way for you to prove it so good luck and have a nice day. This isn't very good customer service on their part."
