"Some idiot drilled holes in the pavement and put a bunch of snowplow stakes in front of the sidewalk. Now if anyone is not pulled into their parking stalls correctly, cars cannot pass each other and causes a traffic jamb in the parking lot. God forbid if there is a delivery happening then it’s grid lock. I love Joliet Food and Liquors but honestly I’ll go to the gas station and buy pop and chips to avoid the traffic jamb."
