"It’s not every day that you notice service and then you notice SERVICE. This year I decided to go to a different JH office. Well, was I impressed. As I walked in the front desk receptionist greeted me and took my info. I was about to seat down to wait until I was called in. Talk about no waiting period. I was then greeted by the JH Tax Pro Isabel. I handed over my package of documents and she took over. We are down to the last stage of the preparation the signatures. There was an issue between the scanner and her computer. She right away look for a solution. I noticed that she was determined to solved it even if she had to ask for assistance. The problem was solved in a timely manner. Finally, my tax return was finished with signatures, copies and a gratifying $ return. Ms. Isabel excuse herself for the “ hiccup “ she experienced. In life we all go through different challenges but how you confront them is the key. My experience here and what I observed was exceptional service. My thanks to Ms. Isabel for going out and beyond her expectations. Highly recommend the Montana JH Ofc."

She went above and beyond to explain the log information and process on how to use the Amex app. The wait time was amazing I was in and out in about an hour.
