"I wasn't greeted when I came into the store even though two people were at the checkout counter and I was the only customer in the store. I was never asked if I needed help. I had to search the isles on my own to find what I needed. The item was the standard price as every other retailer, including the manufacturer. The service at the counter was neither great or bad. With so many choices to get the same product for the same price there is no incentive to patronize this store or location. It was the same experience as using a self checkout line or online order."
"Every visit to this store is a great experience. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would say my 16 year old yorkie and I will have to give a lot of credit to this store and staff for her being so healthy and happy at her age!"
