"Do NOT hire him . Save your money ! He literally took our money , never said what he told me he was going to do . Everytime I talked about the case he never remembered anything we talked about . He really did nothing to help me and said “I didn’t call him enough and I wasn’t trying for my child “ he scammed me out of 5000. Save your money"

"Mr Mullin has helped me tremendously where two other attorneys couldn't. He worked like a racehorse to get my divorce finalized, once the divorce was complete and all that needed to be done was the divorce decree, he went into tortoise mode, lol. He really is a great attorney, knows everyone, has a good reputation. I'd use him again and definitely recommend him to others for divorces. He'll get you divorced as fast as he can, but you might have to wait three or four months for your final decree."

"Worst Attorney in El Paso!!!!!! If I could give anything less than one star it would be negative 5 STARS!!! My wife has been waiting on her final divorce decree since March!! Last court hearing (September) Mr. Mullen’s excuse was that he hadn’t gotten around to completing the decree, judge court ordered him to complete the decree in TWO days!! He still has not completed the decree and her divorce was final in March!! This type of work from a so called “Veteran” is unacceptable!! He’s the worst Attorney in El Paso and I would highly recommend you find someone else ASAP!! My wife is pregnant and I’m Active Duty Military and can’t even enroll her in to DEERs for Medical without a decree because of this lousy, lazy, of a so called human being!!"

"Not very pro active. Mr. Mullin was recommend to me by a friend in February 2016. I was happy about the fact I would be working with a veteran and we actually had some good talks about the service. But when it came to handling my case Mr. Mullin and his staff were not pro active at all. I repeatedly made phone calls to inquire about the status of the case and was always told they were "going to send that today" or something similar. There were no disagreement or arguments over property with my then spouse, however it took over three months to the submit the decree to the court despite all residency requirements being met by petitioner prior to filing. I did not receive updates via email or phone unless I intitiated it, unless it was for payment of services (which was always made timely with no issues). In March both parties in the case agreed and signed a statement of division for all property and assets. This, according to Mr. Mullin, was the last item need to file the petition with the court. After not receiving an update for three weeks (mid April now) I called to inquire and was told by his secretary they were sending the documents to the other attorney that week. Again no update. I received an email on May 10 that said "Mr. Johnson, attached is the final decree for your records". It was filed May 6 with the court. I understand that many clients are relying on the services of one individual. I also believe that if you are going to provide a service then you do it to the utmost of your ability and communicate effectively with the client. While the end result was satisfactory, a lot of time and hundreds of dollars could have been saved by more diligence on behalf of Mr. Mullin and his staff. I would recommend Mr. Mullin if you are in the local area and can stop in to check on the status of the case. Otherwise I fear you may be treated as a side job that receives less than adequate attention."
