"Never had done Physio in my life. Was referred to R&R by an orthopaedic surgeon. Anne was given my case. After 1 session, the original pain was gone. She taught me exercises to strengthen the affected area and how to treat the cause on my own. After 10 sessions, she gave me the all clear to go on my own with a future follow-up.
