"Excellent experience today. All of our Maltipoo dogs come here and the staff is extremely friendly every time. We had a small hiccup today but it was handled professionally by everyone and a quick resolution was found. "I ordered online from the PetSmart site. Since we don’t have a local PetSmart we used curb side pick up in Harlingen. The PetSmart employee quickly came out with our purchase. She was polite and she smiled when she greeted us. She placed the dog bed in our back seat, closed the door then said Thank You before she left. The KONG dog bed we picked up was perfect. Our dog loves it. I would use this PetSmart location again."
