"Went for an interview and was basically told if you aren't thin athletic and 100% injury free or no genetic defects that could cause you pain or discomfort to do this work ..... this is not the place for you ! From the jump you get body shamed. This was from the owner himself ...how lovely don't you think ? Response to the owner : yes encourage diversity unfortunately with how things were explained in a group setting and a generalization of what you want for others who don't "fit" it's a waste of time and money to be judged on appearance alone but your business your rules - God bless"
