"Overall had a good experience. The moving coordinator was communicative and flexible. I had to make a few changes as the move got closer and those issues were all addressed. I used the packing services , they were effective and over all did a good job. Movers informed you the day before delivery to give you time to prepare ."

"Horrible experience with Allied on this move! The moving coordinator was abrasive. The driver and one of his laborers who showed up to load my belongings were deadbeat thugs, asking for my Wifi password and conducting personal calls on speaker phone with their bank WHILE he was supposed to be taking inventory of my belongings, because his debit card was frozen (translation: “Bank account overdrawn”). Then, my load sat untouched in San Antonio for a week and a half after I was already 1,000 miles away, sleeping on a cot. Then, they finally got someone to drive a truck to deliver my things, and he hired someone whose NAME he didn’t even know to help him unload at my new home. His labor agency was profoundly rude and unprofessional, refusing to accept accountability for this stranger they assigned to come into my home. Items are damaged, broken and missing. This has been a nightmare! Do your homework and find a better mover."

"Felix our move driver and facilitator was considerate and timely. He paid attention to the fine detail and quickly followed up to satisfy minor questions or concerns. The packers, on the other hand, were horrible!! They threw things from different rooms into same box with no labeling."
