"(Military Move) We had 2 teams come to our house, 1 team for packing and another the next day to move our stuff out of our house. Both teams were fantastic to work with. They were careful in their process, good communication, and very efficient. I greatly appreciate the work they put in and I felt comfortable with how they handled my furniture and sentimental items. Hoping that our furniture makes it just as carefully while in their care until we receive it."

"This was the worst move of my life! I have an antique chair that I inherited from my mother. They asked what furniture was special and delicate and this was one of the items. It arrived with its leg almost completely broken off. For this chair that they knew was valued at 1500 dollars, and will cost me 1200 dollars to fix, I will receive $18.00. Supposedly this is my fault because I "chose" a low insurance rate for the move. The man who unloaded it said it was jammed onto a much bigger chair. It was only loosely wrapped with a blanket. Other items were broken as well. They came without one worker on day of delivery, so the two men had to work the job of three. the box with the nuts and bolts to set up my bed was not marked by them, and one of the men tried to convince me that all I needed to do was jam the bed up against the headboard. On day of pick up, a friend stopped by worried about me because one of the men on cite was on the phone on my front yard screaming about who was going to pay him. To me, everyone was polite and apologetic, but the bottom line is that I will receive no compensation for their lack of care."

"Our move went without a hitch. Andy, the driver, was fantastic! As was his crew on both ends. Jaden could have done a better job communicating before the actual move, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the actual move. Andy and his crews were most accommodating, going above and beyond at every turn. Professional and courteous all the way. Highly recommend"
