"If military contracts them don’t use them they are Scum bag movers stole my 75” TV and BOSE surround sound and called company and they said sorry file a claim. No help no customer service shouldn’t be allowed to do anything for military if this is how they treat their customers. If I could rate negative stars I would. In response to reply from company you have my number you can call me directly but yall should be ashamed of your trash movers who stole my stuff. It was probably stolen from my house to your office an hour away."

"I work at a University that uses Apple Movers (San Antonio) frequently for events, moving departments from one building to another, dorm moves, etc. In my many dealings with them I have found that the Administration, office staff and movers are not only professional, accommodating and courteous in their interactions but have frequently gone above and beyond without hesitation. They literally take the stress out of moving. I highly recommend them for ANY type of moving. Ask for Robert Mendez (Administration) or Gilbert Perez (mover) they will take care of everything! "with several model homes to manage, we have used Apple Moving multiple times when ever we are closing out a community and need to move furniture and accessories from one model home to our next new model home. We have had such great experience dealing with the entire team at Apple Moving, from working with Robert Mendez to schedule our dates, to working with Terri- customer service manager- who always follows up with us the day before the move, the day of the move and the day following the move to make sure everything is going great, to having Lori always at our moving location to oversee and coordinate the packing, loading and unpacking of everything. Moving is stressful and Apple Moving knows how to take the stress out of moving. I can't say enough good things about this family owned company. I have moves to schedule in the future and I look forward to working with this team again."

"If you are choosing Apple Movers or the military has assigned them to you, I cannot emphasize this enough - GET A NEW COMPANY. I have over $3,000 worth of damaged claimable items. This does not include things that are irreplaceable, things with dings, dents, or little damage. Nearly every box, aside from my kitchen things, had absolutely nothing wrapped in paper. There was paper on the bottom and top and that was it. My printer, my sewing machine, my picture frames, my my husbands skulls from hunting... nothing was wrapped up in the boxes. Glass blown decor was put in a box under my kitchenaid mixers... it was a disaster. I gasped in disbelief with every single box I opened. The packers showed up on my pack out day, and it wasn't until they left that I realized how badly my move was about to go. My husbands name was spelled incorrectly on 50% of the boxes, which wouldn't be an issue except the incorrect spelling made it a whole new name. The packers also didn't want to deal with things that "the movers were responsible for" but they were all things that the packers were supposed to take care of. I ended up calling the quality care manager, Lori, who was so kind and did everything she was capable of doing to help me. However, she cannot force people to make things right, she can only request it. So she sent the contractor, Ira, out the next day to make sure things were in order. He was so annoyed about the situation that it made me feel like I couldn't even tell him my concerns. He threw some paper on the tops of some random boxes, made sure the name was right on the boxes, and called it a day. The next day when the movers came, I cannot tell you how many times I heard the phrase "the packers should have done that". I have been in contact with office people about my move and they have been kind and have followed up with my issues, but the bottom line is - my stuff is ruined, I KNEW this was going to be the case and reached out and it still wasn't fixed. I simply just cannot warn you enough to not use them. If you are unable to get a new company and can request certain packers/movers then absolutely request David, Jason, and Mike and request that Ira does not have any part of your move. I attached a few pictures to show what I mean about the no paper wrapping thing. All around this was one of the most horrible and violating experiences of my life. We have had 4 military moves, two of which we overseas, and have never had more than a drinking glass or two broken."
