Imperial Bus Company, Inc. offers complete charter bus services for the USA and Canada, with all necessary permits and insurance. Our buses are non-smoking, and alcohol is permitted on specific charters with additional requirements. A nonrefundable deposit is required per bus for charters, with cancellation and payment policies in place.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver, and all tolls and parking fees are the client's responsibility. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and purchase orders from universities, government agencies, and school districts. "My daughter went on a school trip from San Antonio to Galveston and back. The driver got lost on both trips. The teachers on the bus were trying to explain to the driver that he was going the wrong way. The driver wouldn’t listen causing an hour delay on their return home. You would think their drivers or buses would have GPS capability. I called the main number to report that their driver was lost and the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful."
"The first impression is the lasting. I called the number on the website, and get a "Hello?" I responded, "Is this Imperial Bus Company?", and the response I get is "How can I help you?" How about next time it's "Yes, you have reached Imperial Bus Company, how may I help you?" A little phone manners go a long way. They lost a potential customer. If the person answering the phone can't make me feel welcome in that initial call, how are they going to treat me moving forward."
