"Top Grade Physical Therapy is a well maintained clean and organized. The staff really cares about the patients and their well-being. They are very knowledgeable and Taylor the secession to the patients' needs and capabilities. I was weeks from going into surgery on both of my shoulders because I was not capable of lifting them above my head and just after a few secessions i was able to lift both shoulders above my head and without PAIN and better range of movement. After the first goal was accomplished, I was then given the tools to improve on my already amazing accomplishment and start to build strength in both shoulders and now able to tasks that before were almost impossible to do and now able to work out on a regular basis. My experience has given me back so many things I was not able to prior to attending Top Grade. "My almost thirty years of running and the fall-out that ensues has finally caught up with me. I was informed that I had a torn meniscus that slowed me down to a painful crawl. I went to an orthopedic doctor who provided a cortisone injection. While this had previously worked on my right knee, it did nothing for my left knee. My family doctor referred me to Top Grade Physical Therapy. For context, I had been to another therapy place in McAllen previously where there were twenty plus participants on average at any given time with an army of therapists each doing their own thing and perhaps not doing enough for me. I was constantly lost in the shuffle. I thought Top Grade Physical Therapy would provide a similar experience. BOY WAS I WRONG! This place literally lives up to its name. Because it is a small team, they are able to provide the one-on-one individualization and scheduling required for a successful outcome. Each session consisted of massaging the areas causing the pain as well as exercises to help with the physical development. These two outstanding skilled therapists really care. They provided the empathy and interest required for my success with onsite and at-home follow-up exercises. I was pain free in a few sessions. The team at Top Grade are heroes of therapeutic care.
