"They were so professional and caring since it was my dogs first time. They took the time to care for her and make sure she was cleaned up nice. She seemed very happy (my puppy) and everyone was so nice a courteous. They all need raises this holiday."
"Don't get me wrong I love Petco. I had an appointment with the groomer but I totally forgot the vaccine, I get it my fault, but I apologize and asked if I go pick up the vaccine, can my pet still be seen. They told me yes, now if they would of been truthful and told me yes but your pet will be the last one then I would off reschedule but they didn't. I left my pet at 2 did not get my pet till 7:30. The lack of communication is the problem. Again, I understand I needed the vaccine but if they were upset and wanted to be rude and leave my pet till last to teach me a lesson without telling me in advance then that is very wrong and unprofessional in their part."
"I brought my corgi for a deshed and full groom, it was over $90 and I was still able to pull loose clumps of hair out of his coat when we got home. His fur trim is uneven and looks so messy. Aimi was his groomer,"

"Our pet named Coffee is a hand full, to say the least. As pet parents, we hesitate to get Coffee groomed because he refuses to have is face and paws touched. However, Amber was extremely understanding of the situation. She heard our concerns and was able to effectively communicate with us and our dog. I commend her for being so patient. Amber went above and beyond for our dog. Thank you!!"
