"This place does not deserve any stars, but i had to give one to put up this review!!! This place is a danger to the animals who we consider our babies. Our babies can not talk or tell us what was done to them. We have been bringing our babies to this place for a couple of years. Everything had been well, but what was done to one of my babies yesterday was very painful. They don't care. They shaved very close to her eye and cut her! The next day, which is today, she has a swollen eye and is closed with a cut. I called and asked them to explain how this happened and what they did. All I heard from them was that she was already like that. A bunch of excuses were given to me and denied that they had hurt my baby. I need to take her to the vet for her to get medications for what they did. If they don't want to work to provide the best care possible, they should not work at all. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED WHOEVER IS DOING THE GROOMING SHOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE BE CAUSE OUR BABIES CAN NOT TELL US WHAT WAS DONE TO THEM AND THE PAIN THEY FELT!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!"
"Hello, so I saw that my cat had her nails cut a little too short when she got home. She has some blood left on her paws. She could’ve very well been moving as she is not the calmest when grooming however I’m sure there are technique used for different animal personalities. Please be more careful next time because it wasn’t just on one paw but two :("
"Two stars for taking my dog as a walk in, but they clearly do not know how to do breed specific haircuts. My dog is a cocker spaniel. This is not a summer cut for them, and honestly- this would have been fine had her face been shaved too. She looks like a gremlin. Face is the only reason I am knocking off 3 stars. Would have rated higher as she was well taken care of."
