"I work here at Timco, gonna keep it real with all drivers Local, OTR, Regional! Timco Logistics is one of that REALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR DRIVERS! I say this is what I witnessed an ate. Was good quality food, the owners an all all office staff fed (served) us everyday for a week (served) that’s love , appreciation. They have newer Tractors, no place is perfect. Just keep ya eyes on the road getting money because Timco GOT THE WORK!!!. An out of the politics at any job. But these are good genuine people with a positive vibe. "Not a good company to work for, they stole my belongings from my locked truck at the yard then terminated me for being upset about it. The Good Lord is my witness. TRUTH They had me recover a load for a driver that had a heart attack. I delivered on time and sprained my back in the process. They made me go to a doctor, doctor said I couldn't lift more than 15 pounds. I had to leave all my belongings in my truck on the Timco yard. I called more than once about my belongings(which I could not retrieve because of my lifting limitations/doctors orders.) This was at the end of Sept. 2023, I had to do therapy per. My workmans comp. I came back to work on Dec. 11 my birthday was the 6th just days before Christmas. They informed me my belongings were gone. Everything I owned was gone. 3 cameras on the buildings and a camera inside the truck and timco said there was no video of someone taking my belongings. LIE. I had a rare electric guitar among other expensive items in my truck. They told me That it's too bad your stuff is just gone.. I suspect the mechanic shop who had seen my guitar before because they had worked on my truck and been inside the cab and had left my guitar case laying as if someone had it open looking at it when they had worked on my truck. They said they couldn't compensate me for my belongings and fired me for being upset that everything I owned had been taken by thier employees. They said that I had no pictures of my stuff in my truck on the day I left it there. "So your out of luck.." Just like that. Stole my rare autographed guitar. Then fired me just days after my Birthday and days till Christmas.. that is as low as low gets.. I'm not a vindictive person, karma and God will take care of that. Timco is a cold hearted ruthless company. How cruel people can be is amazing.. And the guy I recovered the load for got his belongings Back.. Timco is hateful and mean. This, is the TRUTH. Timco I'll see you on Judgment day when you stand before the good Lord, I'll be standing next to him."

"To be real they don’t pay their drivers anything. I did flatbed. Barely making 1000 - 1200 for way more work, some days you only earning 150ish dollars. Not worth it at all. If you lease you can make a living but they have the cameras on the inside of truck something they need to say before they fly or rental car you out there to begin with"

"OTR guys go somewhere else. They don't check your history before hiring and if they see something they don't like they'll basically try to leave you stranded. You'll have an interview with one of their safety coordinators and apparently he's to busy to check beforehand even though he makes the ultimate decision. I'm willing to bet between the rental car, gas, hotel, DOT physical, drug test, & other administrative fees he costs the company $2000+ and I positive I'm not the only one he sent away. *His failure probably costs the company more than his yearly salary.* Other than that, the recruiting department was very nice, and so was everyone else there. I'm sorry it didn't work out for us, but orientation shouldn't be a job interview especially if you have to travel across the country for it."
