"Was not able to connect. In response to the owners response below. It was not a bad review it was a fact. I called three times, left a message and sent an email and did not receive any response so therefore "I was not able to connect." Which is what I stated previously. As for me being miserable, that is incorrect. I am very happy. You should be more responsive when a customer tries to contact you and then you would not receive a low rating. As a business owner you should also be open to reviews, high or low so that you can see where you need to improve. "I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT" IS WHAT I SAID WHICH IS TRUE. Have a nice day."
