"I am a mother of an 8 month old baby I have been traded off and held up more times than I can count. While drivers are nice and polite the service is pitiful!!! The first 2 times we were handed off and traded my son was about 5/6 months old. Adding additional passengers to a trip making us late for our appointment is not okay. Telling me you’ll be outside waiting on me and my child and then having us wait half an hour because you left is not okay. The communication is really poor and Curley Benson refuses to talk to me. Every time I try to get in contact with him he’s never available. They started off really good when I first started riding with them when I was pregnant, now there’s no standards. To think it’s okay to have my son and I waiting for someone else at a gas station is horrible. They have to do better!!! I get the drivers are just doing their job but is there no regard for a mother and her baby?!?!"

"I am being blunt. I have been left behind more than 4 times from curley trying to be God thinking I have no emergency or such. If you are not dieing don't plan on curley. He lies saying he will take you to your important doctors or such then he moves on leaving you behind to worry if you will ever go to your appt."

"Way to hire people who text and drive. Maroon Honda Odyssey rolled a stop sign while texting and driving and signaled last second."

"Was late to one appointment and never picked up for the second. The driver was nice but they need to hire more drivers or schedule their patients better."

"My mother was assigned this service by her insurance company for her Wednesday appointment. They showed up late, but at least that driver was polite and helpful (which accounts for the 1 star). Mom had to change vans half way to her appointment and got there late. That's NOT THE WORST part. After her appointment, they failed to pick her up!!! Her oxygen machine had depleted the battery and she was still patiently waiting (after a few calls). I drove the 45 minutes to pick her up since she had been abandoned there. I got a couple calls from the owner, who was not very accommodating. After a short conversation which I ended due to his disrespectful tone, he decided to text me. "Why are being so serious" our text conversation ended with him saying "call me when you in better mood" I take my mother's health and wellbeing VERY serious. I think he should take his business very serious, but obviously he does not! THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MEDICAL TRANSPORT SERVICE!"
