"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Goldfish Northbrook! We were greeted on our first day warmly by Jose with a tour and patience with all of my silly questions. Little did I know Jose would quickly become one of our favorite people who we look forward to seeing every Wednesday! Coach Jimmy taught my twin 6 year olds with the perfect blend of fun and instruction. They are so excited to come to class each week and feel truly safe with him. This week, my daughter was ready to move up a level, and the Goldfish team made her feel like an absolute champion! Here is the cherry on top... when we went back to celebrate with Jose at the desk, there wasn't a Glider 2 class available on the same day and time as our original class that my son is still in. Jose stepped away to make a quick call... and just like that we were accommodated so my kids could continue to come on the same day/time! As a twin mom with a busy activity schedule to juggle, this level of customer service took my breath away. The goldfish team is warm, professional, talented, and truly invested in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks in the door. Thank you Jose, Jimmy, and Lizzy for making our Wednesday swim nights so perfect!"

"Laura was super kind and helpful. We are homeschoolers and came for family swim session 12-1:30, price is $5 per kid. Great place, wish I had this when my kids were learning to swim! If you are looking for a fun, safe place for your little one t learn to swim come here. Huge windows so you can watch the magic happen. Private dressing rooms big enough for mom/ dad and a couple of the kids. Cubby’s for belongs to keep dry. Hair dryers too. Shower with soap in pool are to wash off and private showers too. Did you forget something? They have you covered! I love this place!"
