"I was in today and saw a poster in the store over the wine bottles showing a 20% discount on an 8 bottle of wine purchase. I purchased 8 bottles and when I got home I saw that I was only given a 10% Mix 6 discount. I returned to the store and noticed that I needed to activate the coupon prior to the purchase. Why did the clerk (knowing that I was a rewards member) not ask me about the coupon when I was checking out? When I spoke to a supervisor I was told that I would need to go home and return with the bottles of wine to have them rescanned. All this said, the wine and alcohol selection is very good. I do not have a problem with the pricing either. My largest complaint is with the customer service. They could have done better in taking care of a loyal customer!"
