"I always ask for no chip. Three days later all my nails the paint chipped off. Not mad, just want them fixed. She drilled the paint off and asked what color, so I picked a color. Then she said, I owe $15 because I change the color. I said same color then but in the no chip. Problem is, she drilled the color off and couldn’t match it. As far as I’m concerned, she owes me $15 dollars because she didn’t put the same color back on. Also, charged me $5 extra to get almond shape, not sure if that is new but they never did that before. She filed as long as she does any other time. I’ve been going here for a long time, no more."

"I live in the neighborhood and decided to give this place one more try after not going here for a few years. Run extremely disappointed since I got a no chip manicure and within 24hrs have had 5 nails chip. I can see on all the edges how the polish is coming up because it’s a much lighter color. Such a waste of money and I don’t even want to go back to get it fixed because I have a feeling it’ll just be the same thing all over again."

"Rushed service, toes are uneven and sloppy, so I decided to just get a soak off for my nails (due to the trash service) and they didn’t even bother to buff them. Highly do not recommend."

"First time here and was excited for a pedicure in the neighborhood. Experience,not good! We walked in at 10:15, were seated by 10:20 and pedicure was over by 10:29 , cold water, no filing and polish job- horrible. I felt as if it was very rushed and no one was waiting. I barely have any polish on my nails and she got it all over my toes. She didn't clean my nails either . The building inside was very dirty. The lady also said something to the tech next to her about us and the other lady told her to shhhh. I wanted to have a relaxing pedicure and I didn't. I could've done a better job myself . Don't waste your hard earned money!!"

"Their polish must be expired because when I get no chip it only last 2 days, that's not how no chip works. When it's time to pay I'm always overcharged. A simple manicure (I requested the pink clear polish but she use the white clear polish), cost $80."
